Vendor
A company or individual that supplies products or services to the multifamily and rental housing industry.
Annual dues are $285 for an industry supplier company and a one time $100 processing fee.
Owner
A business with multifamily units or other rental housing over 51 units in the counties served by the Association.
Annual membership dues are $175 base fee, $2.80 per unit and a one time $100 processing fee.
Management
A business that manages or owns multifamily units or other rental housing units in the counties served by the Association.
Annual membership dues are $275 base fee, $2.80 per unit, $75 per community fee and a one time $100 processing fee.
Please note that Management members can not be billed "per community" therefore only one invoice will be processed for all communities listed under CCAA account.
Membership will not be approved until all property information is received. Please submit to CCAA staff via email.
IRO
An Independent Rental Owner (IRO) is someone who owns and is actively involved in the management of their properties. ( 50 or less units)
Annual membership dues are $175 base fee, $2.80 per unit and a one time $100 processing fee.
