Registrations: You may cancel a registration for a program, class or event up to 7 days prior, by submitting in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. Any cancellation received after the deadline as well as "no-shows" will be billed and no refunds shall be honored. Substitutions of individuals from the company that made the original reservation or registration are welcome.
