Multifamily Direct Loan Training- formerly HOME Compliance

This program includes everything you need to know about the Multifamily Direct Loan programs, including HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME), Home- American Rescue Plan ) (HOME-ARP), National Housing Trust Fund (NHTF), Tax Credit Assistance Program Repayment Funds (TACP RF) and Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP).

To receive a certificate for the online seminar , you must register with CCAA. Access instructions and seminar materials will be emailed to each registrant completion. Please provide an accurate e-mail address when you register. 

 The course is taught by the compliance staff at the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs. This program is scheduled from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm  Attendees will receive an certificate, but must remain online for the entire seminar. Cancellations are subject to a $35 cancellation fee. Substitutions are allowed. This course will be billed through the Corpus Christi Apartment Association Cost - $150 per person
