Multifamily Direct Loan Training

This program includes everything you need to know about the Multifamily Direct Loan programs, including HOME, National Housing Trust Fund (NHTF), Tax Credit Assistance Program Repayment Funds (TCAP RF) and Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP). The course is taught by the compliance staff at the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs. This program is scheduled from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Attendees will receive an certificate, but must remain online for the entire seminar. Cancellations are subject to a $35 cancellation fee. Substitutions are allowed. This course will be billed through the Corpus Christi Apartment Association Cost - 150 per person
