With over 30 years of global experience in business transformation, sales, marketing, and client relations, I am a seasoned leader and strategist who can deliver results in challenging and dynamic environments. I am currently the Business Development & Technology Director at Velocity Services Group, a company that specializes in pre and post catastrophe rapid response services for commercial properties.
In this role, I leverage my expertise in business technology, program management, digital marketing, and contract negotiation to create, develop, and grow relationships with association and property management companies, community and property managers, COA/HOA presidents and board members, property owners, and insurance claim managers. I also oversee the business transformation, sales and marketing, and client relations functions for the company, ensuring quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. My mission is to help businesses and communities recover and rebuild after disasters, using innovative and proven methodologies and processes.
