Dues Structure -Owner

ANNUAL DUES:

1 - 10 units: $125 plus $1.38 per unit*
11 - 100 units: $150 plus $1.48 per unit*
101 - 250 units: $150 plus $1.58 per unit*
251 - 500 units: $150 plus $1.68 per unit*
over 500 units: $150 plus $1.73 per unit*

*All categories require a one-time processing fee of $75

11 - 100 units: $250 plus $1.48 per unit*
101 - 250 units: $250 plus $1.58 per unit*
251 - 500 units: $250 plus $1.68 per unit*
over 500 units: $250 plus $1.73 per unit*
